Mochi Hue Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Mochi Hue is made by Vibelabs, Oslo, Norway. Contact: hello@vibelabs.no.
What happens to your photo
Mochi Hue analyzes your selfie on your iPhone. Your photo, your answers and your result are stored only on your phone. We never receive them, and no one else does either.
You can delete your photos, analyses and wardrobe at any time in the app's Settings → Delete all my data. Deleting the app also deletes them.
What we collect
We collect no data. The app has no account and no ads, uses no analytics, and does not track you.
Camera and photos
The app uses the front camera for your selfie and for the optional light check, which lights your face with colors from the screen to judge your undertone. The color check and the wardrobe use photos you take of clothing or makeup. Images are processed on your phone and are not uploaded. If you save a video to Photos, the app asks for permission to add it and cannot read your library.
Sharing
If you share a card or video, iOS opens its own share sheet, and it goes only where you send it. A card or video can show your photo.
Purchases
Mochi Hue Plus is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never see your payment details or Apple ID. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchases.
Beta testers
Test versions installed through TestFlight have a feedback button. A report is sent only when you press Send. It contains the screenshot (which can show your face), your message, a name if you enter one, a random ID for the install, your iPhone model and iOS and app versions. Email us to have a report deleted. The App Store version has no feedback button and sends nothing.
Age
Mochi Hue is made for ages 16 and up.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. If the app ever starts sending data off your phone, it will ask you first.
