Restore Plus

Plus is a one-time purchase. On a new phone, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID. Family Sharing is on, so people in your family group get Plus too.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds. In the app, open Settings and tap Request a refund, or go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your data

Your photos and results are stored only on your phone. Open Settings in the app and tap Delete all my data, or delete the app.

Better results

Take the photo in daylight facing a window, without makeup and with your hair away from your face. Avoid lamps with yellow light.
